Yasmin is an entrepreneur and private investor in technology and real estate, with a background spanning finance, technology and alternative investments. She holds an Associate degree in Business, a Bachelor’s in Business with a minor in Finance and an MBA in Information Technology.

Her career includes founding a mortgage company and successfully exiting a technology company. Today, she focuses on private investments, real estate and alternative assets, bringing an operator’s perspective to identifying, evaluating and building long-term value.

Adam has spent over 30 years building, leading large teams and solving complex problems across information technology, land development and commercial real estate. His 20 years tenure in IT leadership established a foundation in people, systems, infrastructure and operations.

A long-time accredited investor, Adam transforms ideas and capital into functioning businesses, systems and successful projects. As Principal, he applies his experience to investment decisions with particular attention to execution, risk, underlying fundamentals and the practical realities that ultimately determine whether an opportunity succeeds.
